Pretty amazing to have complete responses in this indication.
One of the complete responders (the person who has had the drug the longest), actually had progressive disease and came off the drug, but then had a complete response.
That complete response is attributed to ptx100.
So is the drug's mode of action causing some kind of immune responsive response?
And can more progressive disease subjects become responders later like that?
They have to use conservation language in theses anns, but I bet Miles is jumping up and down with excitement.
