Well done to the PTX team.
Encouraging progress for sure, data pointing in the right direction on this extension P1 study.
Has been a long awaited and hopeful drug to test clinically ( Ptx 100) and, on it’s own merits, worth continuing it’s progress.
Early days yet, if a registered P2 study gets approved by the FDA… and efficacy on a larger cohort remains or even exceeds, then a more standardised result can be claimed.
A big thank you to all the volunteers thus far, and a warm congratulations to the ones now with a better quality of life.
Again, congrats to the PTX team and co-founders of this promising drug.
