Bots having a field day short selling this one today. That's why we've dropped. It's all bot activity look at the sell QTY's. $300 bucks worth at 7.6c and so forth when minimum trades are $500 bucks. Bots love these types of announcements and run keyword searches just to target stocks with announcements to short sell them for their own benefit. DYOR on it.
