Some guidance on what to expect the 2nd stage of the plant will cost and how it will be financed.
At the moment the repeated announcements of $35m of possible debt funding hang over the sp like a stink cloud:
- $35m sounds like an awful lot relative to the current market cap
- debt funding is getting harder and harder to obtain (see Debt Crisis)
- if it has to be equity funded, dilution might be massive
It's a real shame because other than failing to explain this second stage of the plant, they are doing a pretty good job and there's a lot to be excited about.
