    Half of the top 20 are Freds neighbours ?? LOL I would say nearly half of them are Fred or his family.

    Who do you suppose the note holders (creditors) are ??

    "the kind folk at EM" are going to pay the fabs and all the costs to get this done ??? Sure, why not LOL let's add that to the fantasy.
