Bob I quoted you the relevant legislation under the Corporations Act that deals with AGMs of Public Companies. This section falls withing the Part 2G sections you have quoted.
I think you might be confusing these sections of the Australian Corporations Act dealing with AGM laws and requirements, with New Zealand Body Corporate laws regarding AGMs.
I'm going to assume you understand the difference between a listed public company in Aust and a body coporate entity in NZ.
We are now heading to the end of the "next quarter".
"Within the very near future" and "in the not too distant future" mean nothing, particularly with this company.
The company is in no position to "raise capital".
I will however amend my previous comment to - there is more chance of an EGM occurring than an AGM.
