As you've now seen, the company is in the very unique position where if they raise funds from shar. eholders its a red flag, but another big red flag would be flying if they don't raise funds from shareholders.
further red flags include doing business in China - I believe this is in fact a world first for a company to attempt this, running the company lean, not making a new website, not providing plooto with adequate information to put his concerns at ease, and tomtoms disappearance.
