China is on the march. They are throwing enormous amounts of money in winning technological advancements. They have set up innovation hubs in major cities that employ the best in the fields that they want to conquer.
AP has 2 guys in a small building in Israel, 40km from the Gaza border.
Their IP is outdated & they're still working on demo systems and software.
EM has been registering patents over the last 2 years that include all aspects of MEMS audio chips (utilising DSR algorithms & the software needed to drive them); packaging; manufacturing as well as testing & consistency methods & systems. They have IP for loudspeakers, earphones and even a TV - hello Huawei !
CCP is the main shareholder of CCIC and they are backing EM in developing their own technology and taking it to market.
EM is not waiting for AP to get their shit together.
