You make the assumption that this is FB's first rodeo. The guy has proven he is alot of things naive is not one of them. I highly doubt anyone involved in the senior management team have left anything to chance.
Get your point on the CCP but if AKP control the IP and the large consumer products company their supply chains I have little concern.
The wider issue is producing a working product as each day the tech moat gets smaller.
