Couple of questions :

1. Why is the assumption being made that all of EM's patents are tied to AKP's project ?, given that -

a) there are more than a few companies in China (& elsewhere) - including EM, developing MEMS technology for audio speakers;
b) since EMs recent funding from within China, are they more likely to work with local (paying) developers, or with Israeli/Aust (non-paying) developers?

2. Anyone else notice the hint Uncle Bob dropped above regarding potential trouble in paradise (relationship with EM as a manufacturer) ?
