i think this thing is cooked just as much as you do but at least try to bring some arguments to the table that evoke some serious questioning of why its dead in the water.

2. You seem to be saying the Chinese gov. approved a Chinese VC bank to provide funding to a Chinese chip manufacturer so they could help out a broke foreign company competing with Chinese developers.
