"No one on here has a clue as to where we are at good or bad on HC."

Well that's a pretty shocking comment to make about a public company listed on the ASX.

If you're talking about whether or not the company actually has a functional product, or is even close to having one, yeah it's true. And still shocking after all these years.

But if you're talking about the company as a whole, you are wrong. We know quite a few things about where this company is at based on announcements and reporting. These are facts and remain the facts until further announcements or reporting to the contrary.
Here's some of them :-

AKP is broke.
AKP is in breach of ASX listing rules.
AKP is suspended from trading on the ASX.
AKP is not able to raise the amount of finance it needs in order to continue with it's goals.
AKPs auditors refused to give an audit opinion on whether the last set of financials gave a true & fair view of the companys financial position or if it complied with accounting standards and the corporations act.
AKPs auditors expressed concern about the company being able to continue as a going concern.
AKP cannot purchase any componentry it may need unless it pays cash up front.
AKP refuses to meet with its shareholders.

Maybe when this is done & dusted there might be a thorough examination of what has gone on here, perhaps involving ASIC & even AUSTRAC (controversial I know) and then you will no longer be treated like mushrooms.
