The audit report for the annual financial accounts was completed on 28/3/24.

When an audit report contains a "Disclaimer of Opinion" it does not mean the report is not completed.
This is what such an opinion means ...
"Adverse or Disclaimer – the auditor concludes that the financial report is not
materially correct, or that the auditor cannot conclude due to inability to gather
sufficient appropriate audit evidence or multiple uncertainties. The financial
report cannot be relied upon."

Are you saying the audit on the 2023 accounts has been redone? Ridiculous.
Or are you saying an audit report on the June half yearly financials was satisfactorily completed some time ago? Even more ridiculous.

You holders having little chats among yourselves, then putting out in public domains claims of "satisfactory audit reports" and announcing AGM dates is highly absurd and deliberately misleading. Pathetic & dangerous really. Surprised HC allows you to get away with it.
