My understanding is the voluntary Suspension (Announcement of 23.6.2015) related to Capital Raising which will be a very big and long awaited milestone. A potential rocket under the share price.
Surely this Capital raining announcement (which was due on 30.6.2015) will be forthcoming to the market before any potential voluntary or forced sale of the now "former" directors shares, if indeed that ever eventuates.
I assume the Capital Raise has no direct relationship or connection to the directors shares and loans issues other than bad timing.
