So Paul is keeping himself busy with trying to close in this present round of funding (my guess is $3M - $6M of "plug the gap" equity needed) so we can get the right partners onboard for Thailand. We know from the update that
The only Chinese company I think that measures up to #1 is Ganfeng ... putting PAM is rarified air.
#2 ... This has to be Chengxin by connecting the reference to Indonesia 60Ktpy
Guessing #3 may well be Geely ... simpy because of reference to Global 500 company (#229 Fortune Global 500 in 2022) and multinational automotive with broad footprint (Geely owns Volvo/Polestar/Lotus partners with Renault, big shareholder of Daimler (MB) multiple EV brands (and "flying cars") plus Lithium Battery Tech company.
That's some heavy hitters - if my guesses are correct - along with the work going on with out Thai partner PTT/IRPC and whatever else is going on in Thailand.
But the guts of it all ... lepidolite ore needs to be mined/concentrated and smelted in Li2CO3 and then input to a vertically integrated CAM plant in Thailand (with PAM in the middle of it) to produce the cathode active material for the Thai Giga Factory to build LFP batteries (perhaps with Ganfeng or Gotion).
