I've been away travelling for a while and PAM is still in voluntary suspension. Paul can take as long as they need for negotiations, the main importance is delivering at least one high quality strategic investor that will add capital and long term value to PAM when they come out of suspension.

It would be good to see the RK PFS and mining applications that were promised early this year although it looks like Q2 is more likely for these as they will need to wait for BT assays to complete the Mineral Resource for BT that looks planned to be in the PFS. Hopefully PL doesn't make the same mistake again of waiting way too long with squeezing in just a few more assay results each time as that will delay key milestones by 6 months for the extra drilling, lab delays for assay results and time for the CSA Global to do their work. More delays will mean less interest in PAM and massively backfire on his plan to save some extra dollars but kill the share price in the meantime. Sometimes trying to save money ends up costing more in other areas.

Update from Feb - "PAM will undertake mining studies and additional metallurgical test work, which will be incorporated into a PFS for the RK Project, this will also include the anticipated Mineral Resource for the BT Prospect. The work completed throughout 2023 has positioned the Company well, with PAM recently holding preliminary discussions with one of China’s lowest cost lepidolite based lithium chemical processors. Follow on discussions are expected to take place in the coming weeks in anticipation of moving forward to a formal arrangement.”
