When we start looking at SleepCheck as an assistance to diagnosis the story becomes very different. It's no longer best in class - it's worst in class. There's the matter of what needs to be measured to unlock Medicare reimbursements, and also the matter of what it needs to measure for accurate differential diagnosis. The reality is sleep studies do far more than just indicate OSA. The leading sleep body AASM classifies around 90 sleep disorders, and these cannot be accurately diagnosed with a microphone alone.
