These Doctors have to retire at some stage. At some point in time there will be a shift based on numbers old Dr's old technology/New Dr's new technology.
Working in finance 25 years ago (not long in the scheme of things) ATM machines came out and many people said it would never take off, as people liked going to the branch.
Now over the last 5 years Banks are not only closing branches they are also removing ATM's as 50% of transactions are online (cost and convenience)
