No, Hole KBDH-003 was drilled at 45 degrees. Angle is "DIP" on the Appendix 1 table at page 8 of the announcement. Figure 2 (page 3) shows a cross section of the drilling plane (termed "Fan"), which visually shows the hole is at 45 degrees. (I couldn't repost the pictures)
