Should also add that they said that remaining analysis had not yet been completed as at that time. So it's pending the lab analysis, not a delay by the company. Must say I got a bit more detail from them than I expected. I am very happy I did not get the au result by mistake though, lol. That would have been uncomfortable.
I was just hoping to get a gauge of the opening hours. Goes to show if you are worried about something doesn't hurt to ask the company or do some investigative work. Worst case you'll hear nothing. Best case you get your question answered and a bit more.
