5c (which is what i think you're referring to with $.05 would have a MC of ~7m). Less the 1.8m on the books so circa 5m EV
For a 1M oz resource with high degree of mineralisation knowledge i would say that price is highly unlikely. But who knows. Can't see it ever getting down to that price. Furthermore a CR with dilution in the next 2 quarter would strengthen the balance sheet. I imagine the strategy for that raise would be prior to the SS release and JORC upgrade and therefore and discount to S/P to be absorbed at that point.
Anyways, good luck and if it does get back to that price i'll have an opportunity to average down. At this stage happy to be sitting on a nice profit. Will keep playing the weekly cycle game. i think the lowest realistic price in the next 6 months is 12.5-13c but more than likely we bounce from this price.
