I think 11 on a risk scale is a bit overblown, this is a known orebody in a decent jurisdiction that never got mined due to an accident of history, its not in darkest Africa, the Phillipines or Mongolia, the grade is ok, its not 1000m down underground and no assay/metallurgical surprises yet, and continuity of the orebody seems acceptable with existing underground infrastructure and known geotechnical risks. The market cap is fairly modest for the number of ounces there and might have some room to grow if and when more ounces are found (which seems likely given the physical characteristics of the orebody seen so far).
