Not sure what to think about the director Russell Morans financials, most of the articles require you to subscribe but what i've gathered is he lost a lawsuit to Argonaut finance group after he took a high interest loan to purchase shares 7 years back. It would be nice to have some transparency in regards to him owing potentially $30million, especially if he owns over 18million shares in metalstech according to their annual report.
