    fair enough ...your probably right, " in profit" might be a better term, all i know is, if shares are trading at 7c and i just paid 5 c for options iv'e pretty much just paid 10c per share if i convert, hence.. behind until share price hit 10c...i'm even confusing myself now GLA!
