As I mentioned after yesterday's announcement, I think the modification to the CN was the investor using their last bit of leverage to eek out a better profit. I believe they are concerned TV2 may not need to exercise Tranche B.

To be clear, I am not saying they do not need to exercise Tranche B but certainly if I was the investor and had any knowledge that a dependable cash stream was coming in, I would be starting to look at the total of my investment as being redundant.

This is why I took out the 0.008 line at close.
