A consolidation of shares on issue, is the other path to survival. They are struggling to burn through the large group of shares at 0.002 and then there is the massive amount at 0.003. Without further news flow its going to be hard to break that barrier and that makes a consolidation less worthwhile to do. I wonder what news they have to boost the SP? If they had a partnership announcement, moorpower contracts, or even as the point has been made here many times about publishing actual figures for electricity generated etc. If it gets to a cent or two I'd expect a share consolidation and then the whole process of raising funds again. The other option with higher share price may be dual listings to access new funds.

I don't think we have the wriggle room in our bank to fund the cost of a dual listing or a consolidation. I am yet to see a research company have a successful consolidation. Consolidation is the last thing I want to see. Looking at our costings they appear to be more shoe string budget than prior years that's for sure. It gives me the impression that CEO knows the technology inside and out and wants success and we are now at survival stage in his mind as well.
