Possibky depends on what partners will contribute in kind and physically along with just how much time it really takes.

I am stunned in teh delay to deployment as I assumed after all this time they shoudl have processed data from Bay of Biscay site and have template of " scale" of deploymenta nd be well advanced in design. The idea is that its components are modular and scalable IMO and you just change stuff based on positioning and wave action or required power etc

Thsi just kicks teh ball down teh road and other are deploying comercially in teh mean time with other technology. No one seems towant CCE database ? or pay for it. How will they fund anythuinga s moorpower I don't think will generate much
