They received $1.0m cash, ~33m shares that they voluntarily escrowed until Dec 24, and ~32m shares that are free game, and guess it could be understandable that they might want to cash a few more of those chips in.
All assumption and speculation, but I just can’t see where else the volume would come from given how tight the register is.
