    I'm wondering if there is or will be any updates on the status of the claim on VC given that they lodged a $0.5M claim on them of which  really should be for the full PO value.  Will MXC issue any Ann's on this?  I would hope so... Because thew new deal seems to be keeping this rather quiet, although I expect it to probably take some time to go through litigation.
