I agree with your sentiments. I can't help feeling that there must be some opportunities to reduce costs over time by possibly amalgamating offices of the two business in different parts of the country.

At the end of the day I feel the SP will reflect the amount of cash generated by the combined businesses. We may even get a small dividend although I would be happy for Damian and the team to continue earning 30% ROE instead, because I can't get that return anywhere else. JMT
