The Prosper Nyetam in the article is from Cameroon by the look of it and there is also a Prosper Nyetam from Cameroon who has registered businesses in Geneva, where NPBB group also registered recently.

This following article is similar to the first one, only here we see that the Prosper Nyetam in question went by the title "Colonel".

My curiosity has been piqued so I will be pulling at these strings later tonight... though I am now no doubt going to be accused of downramping by the people who stick their fingers in their ears shouting "LA-LA-LA-LA I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!"

I make no representation that this is the same Prosper Nyetam, rather I am just pointing out the large number of coincidental similarities.
