I'd suggest you hold onto that thought for a bit. You are taking it purely at face value that a company in Africa that registered only recently has hooked up with an Australian company from the other side of the world and offered them one million dollars up front. You don't treat that with any degree of skepticism whatsoever? You don't think that warrants even a little further investigation?

This may be entirely legit BUT I would be counselling the TV2 folks to be very careful if this lot suddenly experiences "unexpected regulatory holdups" that require a financial contribution to solve. The lure of a million dollars can cause small companies to do strange things. Masafin @andyno3 ?
