Ann: Contract for OTT Interactive Managed Service across Africa-TV2.AX, page-524

I've re read this Ann for the 8th time and this is my take:

1. Upfront payment greater than 1M will be received by month end. If we get this payment we will see major rerate, if we do not get it we lose nothing. So the risk of losing any money is non existent. My view: as reaffirmed recently by the company, I'm under the impression we will get the payment.

2. For holders, we have many other opportunity, one of the major one we are awaiting is Divan, and is Hollywood content being finalised, if we see it in next few weeks, it will be another rerate opportunity. K2u marketing and feature upgrade underway, omt telecom is set to be rolled out with hardware delivery discussion taking place.

3. For downrampers, yes I've pressed ignore button for most of you. And yes you won't be getting any my share cheap.


I won't be posting until we see 4c once the rerate kicks in on good Ann or when we receive the payment for the African deals.
