The market has not read the announcement correctly.
The contract is in 2 parts with DIIS. Part one is for $544k over 3 years. Part 2 is for the 45 agencies that sit under DIIS ... no numbers on that.
But based on 8CO doing $4m in rev pa on 117 agencies currently an extra 45 should add $1.0-$1.5m. pa (my back of envelope calc.).
Lets go 8CO .... $0.50 by year end.
