He has historically been through some big changes in regulation of the industry and the ASH SP has suffered accordingly but the business has handled the changes and built up to providing steady metrics and steady yields for those who have invested. The next consideration is whether we need such an industry in Australia. My view is absolutely - there will always be a place for labour hire companies and tutoring. Right now with labour shortages, wage increases, some people looking for part-time jobs due to needing extra income I only see all of these factors favoring industries such as ASH. Just my slant on things and I am happy to be criticised.

Tend to agree. Ive worked in two industries that even with some automation happening, both are still very labour dependent, and that labour needs to be flexible. These industries are represented by the largest company employers in Australia. They will definately have they say, so i suspect any bill will be watered down. If casual labour significantly reduced theres a whole pool of labor votes whom will be worst off, end up on centerline likely, additionally many casual employees want to remain casuals due to personal situations so i cant see how these peoplewill be forced out of casual employment. Thats my view.
