Investing money to make money. Generally the only way to do it unless there are exceptional circumstances. Happy with this, would like to see some potential ROI figures to help assess projections on when/if we'll be cash positive in the next few years.
The good news is, this venture is basically financed for the next three years with many of the fixed once off costs being catered for. Nice.
