So IMO the sub agreements are finalised and have been presented to two boards for approval. From last update
Key dates in the lead up to the signing of the Research Collaboration Agreement include:

• NMDC board meeting for final approval 8 August
• ECT board meeting for final approval 9 August
• NLCIL board meeting for final approval 17 – 20 August (to be confirmed)

If the sub agreements had not been finalised and presented to the boards the market should have been updated as that is material information and we won't get the signing concluded prior to end of august.

Today's ann saw the sell side increase, ann of sub agreements will need some big volume to see us move IMO as some are still looking at exiting. Hopefully we will have a 200 million trading day once sub agreements, revenue model and timeline are released.
