Silver: Great news for sure and agree wise to temper expectations. Seems this news became a given as soon as the DOD grant was announced. Perhaps baked in the recent SP rise? Lynas seems to defy the laws of physics when it comes to good news. I'm guessing that there could be a nice morning bounce, but that it might not last through the day. Could it even end down today? Hopefully not, but if it did, what a good buying opportunity. Time will tell.
