I think it's very unlikely China will resume exports. Fertilizer prices in China have risen dramatically since the export ban and they still have shortages due to Covid19 disruptions so they havent achieved the goals the export ban was meant to achieve.

Any Australian / New Zealand fertilizer company would be very foolish to rely on product from overseas at the moment or for the next couple of years.
