    Agree - I think most western companies will be wary of relying on Chinese/Russian supply even if it became available at cheaper prices given they could cut you off at a whim, and it's not like a commonly traded commodity with inventory sitting in the LME warehouses.

    Wish we had some more details on the pricing mechanism, 3 years @ $250/t would be crazy good.
