    Yes i imagine they are keeping under the radar to save the funds/pump for when they need to do the CR. Need to time it right, maybe towards Oct/Nov when the interest rates stabalise and the equity markets are less volitile. Imagine they would have intel on the ground on rock prices if the pink sheets are a few months behind so that'll help the story if it hits over $300.
