While the details may not manifest over the next 12-18 months as they develop the big production facility it demonstrates a customer base that can consume the bulk of the production. there may even be a better offer on the table down the road, but to have established this relationship early, regionally and with folk who are straight shooters (i.e not chinese) then its a pretty solid base from which to be a company maker.
