From today's announcement we know that 60 patients at 30% response rates (RR), give us statistical significance. Meaning we need 18 out of 60 patients to respond to show that bisantrene is statistically meaningful.
Using this information can we plot for how many patients will be required to be treated if there's a 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% RR etc.
Maybe @RaceOncology can help. Showing an example of how the stats work shouldn't be price sensitive I wouldn't imagine.
