It is more than just measuring FTO in all trials, the Stratum 2 trial is explicitly a FTO-targeted trial. Bisantrene will be used at a dose well below the chemotherapeutic dose.
One thing that is difficult to explain is since the trial design is Bayesian, the total number of patients needed will depend on the response rate. If we see anything like what was seen in the Israel Phase 2 we won’t be treating 60 patients.
