    Maca will need to fight off Downer in Vic if it wants civil projects. Maca just not big enough in victoria for major project works.

    I think only chance is small to mid size projects. Also the calibre of people they have in Victoria just not as great. They bought Services South East and they were just small maintenance contractors. Most jobs been winning under $10M in vic. The distanve to HQ doesn't help either for management oversight.

    Mining is their core business strength atm.
