Tradiesmedia - jobkeeper applies to all eligible employees of the employer. Those on temporary visas are not eligible. You have to be a permanent AU resident.

In addition, it is my understanding, that each employer of a consolidating entity is treated seperately. Veris Australia Pty Ltd which is the surveying busines is a different employer to Aqura Technology Pty Ltd - just because one employer in the group is on jobkeeper does not mean the other employer has passed the test.

I am aware in retail of a bricks and mortar employer is on jobkeeper but the internet retailer of the same brand, a seperate employer, is not despite common ownership of them both and they are both part of a consolidating GST entity.

Veris Ltd in its release for Q3 update expressly stated that Aqura was on jobkeeper. By not saying the same for the surveying business I would assume it is not. Have you seen anything to the contary?
