It has never performed, and whilst things stay the same old same old, it never will.
The board is incapable of coming up with the necessary changes to give the business a future.They and senior management are not fit for purpose.
No fresh ideas. No new strategies. No new board members. No cultural changes. Same tired faces and attitudes.
Keep in mind the international definition for 'insanity' is 'those who do tomorrow, as they do today, and expect a different outcome'!
