I agree fully Mikey1976.
Veris has a losing, heads down, combative, moribund and sterile culture.
Board's and senior management create and drive culture. It's one of their primary roles.
There does not exist the requisite skills, experience or capability amongst the leadership group to turn things around.
Talk about death by a thousand cuts. Ouch!!
