Top hedge fund trader Sujit Dey names M&A targets for 2022
… keeping an eye on NextDC, given private capital demand for data centres as long-term infrastructure. NextDC’s issue is that it is expensive at about 30-times forecast FY22 EBITDA, but Dey reckons there may be a pension or superannuation fund that would be willing to pay up given the company’s growth profile
