Reading that article it resonates with what I was told in 2021 which was that there was trouble with the work getting done. I think I remember reading suggestions of that here on HC, and people definitely mentioned it to me IRL ... let's see how it plays out.

IMHO the drop that outweighs the quantum of the claim may be people being concerned that these troubles are the tip of the iceberg. Not suggesting that there's more trouble, just laying out what I've said previously along the lines of: the share price was reflecting things needing to go perfectly. Now it seems we know they're not perfect
